Due to the unprecedented situation with COVID 19, the client needed to quickly implement monitoring of all the main activity areas to react to shipments shortages and sales changes of its products. Reporting and set of analytical capabilities was required to identify bottlenecks, act on the dynamic changes in government regulations together with the flexibility to adjust to specific EU markets differences and their pandemic stage. The ultimate goal was to make all products available across the whole EU market and to keep market share.
