The Client has launched multiple promotions and loyalty programs on their gas stations but without accurate monitoring. There was no ability to connect promotions with additional sales and revenue increase and analysis of customer acquisition trends was done not often enough due to a high manual effort. The goal was to drive the efficiency of all the promotional campaigns and bring flexibility for separate EU markets as their customer behaviors vary a lot.

  • close cooperation with business stakeholders in order to reflect their business goals and needs
  • creation of a set of analytical reports monitoring the number of loyalty cards used, new loyalty cards, average sales per new customer, and multiple other Sales KPIs
