SOLUTION

Clouds On Mars consultants built multiple analytical solutions for the client over the course of a one-year engagement. One of the solutions is the “Innovation Discovery” combo report. The main goal of the report is to reveal the market changes in terms of its size and share and identify drivers fueling market changes – not only specific products winning the hearts and minds of a customer but also specific claims of products reflecting changes in customer attitudes and preferences. The report was developed on a global scale including all major geo markets. The channel in focus is Amazon online platform. The US market has been selected as the most representative in terms of the magnitude of products diversity and online market maturity. Understanding market changes and constants benchmarking of performance to competitors are a prerequisite for knowing more and winning a competitive advantage at the same time. The time perspectives applied in the report allowed for review of performance in terms of operational overview for last week’s changes, tactical overview for the last 4 weeks, and more strategic one for YTD and last 52 weeks.
