Customer selling car products had an open-source ERP system with limited reporting capabilities. There was a need to improve visibility and monitoring capabilities for Sales, Supply Chain, Stock, and Finance areas. With long shipping lines, identification of best-selling products and dead stock was crucial to improve company results. Additionally, the customer had an issue with monitoring their sales team:
- no visibility on current targets and sales results,
- hard monitoring of personal sales performance,
- issues with sales team motivation and bonuses.
