One of the government’s most crucial institutions needed an analysis of their whole HR ecosystem together with their employee’s detailed data. Identification of top performers and managing talents could have helped polish diplomacy for years. Additionally, the Client was supporting voting outside of Poland and needed to monitor progress, report results, and do this within extremally tight schedules.
Everything had to include, customer’s specifics in the IT area:
