Replacing reports that was manually prepared at specified time periods with an automatically generated on-demand report solution that provides current, complete, cross-sectional information on production, including changes in the customer base, their history of stay and generated revenues, rewards used by customers and filed complaints. All data need to be presented in one of three time perspectives: year to date, rolling 12 months or a selected month.

GHA needed to provide over 35 cooperating hotel brands with up-to-date information containing all cross-cutting information on the extent of the collaboration - from key metrics to more detailed data. The solution had to provide access to information in a secure, fully automated, and flexible manner. In addition, reports needed to be available online and automatically updated with the most recent information. It was necessary to process huge data sets into readable indicators that were to be available in the blink of an eye.

Reports built in Power BI were an ideal way to meet all the requirements agreed with our partner. It is a solution that requires a minimum of customer service after making them available to end-users. The reports are transparent and give access to both general metrics and the ability to drill down to very detailed data. Thanks to the implementation of data access security, it was possible to build one dashboard for all brands and after making it available - each GHA partner sees only the data intended for its brand.
