CHALLENGE

The client needed to monitor the situation within crucial strategic initiatives. In order to deliver the real state of strategic programs, multiple KPIs had to be monitored based on data integrated from databases and flat files. This was supposed to be crucial reporting for Board Meetings.

  • analysis of source data and additional source XLSX data structure
  • design and implementation of ETL processes in Power Query
  • requirements gathering and analysis with business users
  • mock-uping and prototyping in order to build appropriate UX/UI Design
  • creation of Power BI data model and Power BI Service structure
  • testing and data comparison
  • creation of Power BI Senior Management Cockpit, presenting crucial sales, financial and performance KPIs
