Bank had the portal, through which it maintained contact with a group of farmers and companies operating in the agroindustry. The portal was used to connect a group of partners who provided products or services designed to improve the activities of users (farmers) and give additional value to them such as expert knowledge, market analyses, advice, etc. Access to the services of the portal’s partners was licensed and financed by the Bank. Portal users, after the verification by the Bank and receiving access to selected products, can start operating within the portal. The construction and use of the portal’s own information resources about the industry and its participants increased its attractiveness. At the same time, knowledge about how trends in the industry are shaped, what are the main areas of customer interest, what development directions are most interesting, etc. allowed direct interaction in the preparation and optimization of offers for customers.
