The ultimate objective was to deploy a central Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting system to combine data from various sources. With this combination, both the modeled data and the end-user information was supposed to be available in one place as well as accessible and usable for all the internal and external stakeholders, becoming a single source of truth and delivering:
- Asset Foundations – establishing KPIs and deploying reporting based on footfall (number of people entering a property or property’s area), tenant sales (turnover of a point of sales located in the property), and occupancy costs (charges and fees related to the lease contract) as well as their benchmarks for the entire portfolio, replacing and/or supplementing the current reporting.
- Shopper Analytics – extending the above analytics by establishing and deploying a proof of concept for KPIs and reporting based on end-consumer-oriented data originated from other sources (i.e., in-property systems), contextualizing the above metrics (related to footfall and tenant sales) as well as their derivatives, on the example of a few properties having the systems in place, supplementing the above reporting.
