CHALLENGE

The client used to report multiple areas by separate teams in every country. Such a way was ineffective, costly, and time-consuming and due to differences between countries, aggregation and consolidation were almost impossible. In order to deliver a data platform for analysis and reporting, multiple tasks had to be completed at the same time: the creation of a data lake/data warehouse, requirements analysis, and standardized reporting delivery.
