Reckitt Benckiser was looking for more flexible and intuitive reporting and had a desire of data-driven product innovation activities like new products and labels. Need of variance tracking, for ex. financial KPIs, sales, margin was also a case.

All analysis of competitive products were made manually slowing the whole process of reporting, involving more than 100 recipients, greatly. Same time E-commerce needed reports much more faster to answer urgent business questions.

Clouds on Mars proposed flexible, automated reports built with Microsoft Power BI. Golden Dataset was a natural choice as data model for multiple reporting areas. Industry standard (IBCS) helped with variance reporting. Innovation discovery (Google Trends, content management, e.g. Amazon) was used to support competitive analytics, products positioning and labeling.
